CAN2GO reduces the labor, hardware and software costs of building automation by offering powerful and flexible solutions based on wireless, automation and web standards such as EnOcean, Zigbee, BACnet, Modbus, CANbus and IP/Ethernet.

Easy scalability

With CAN2GO controllers, adding wireless sensors, switches, relays, thermostats or other end-devices is easy. Unlike physical inputs and outputs, wireless I/Os are not limited by the number of connectors a controller has.

Wireless

Controllers for wired & wireless end-devices

We have controllers that do both seamlessly. They are equipped with an EnOcean transceiver, a ZigBee transceiver, as well as regular inputs and outputs, offering two-way communication for simultaneous wired and wireless control. Our controllers convert end-devices (wired, wireless (EnOcean, ZigBee)) into BACnet objects, so no gateway is required.

EnOcean and ZigBee are wireless protocols used by hundreds of products from dozens of manufacturers. You can easily find end-devices that use EnOcean and ZigBee for the wireless control of HVAC and lighting, including: thermostats, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, CO2 sensors, actuators, light switches, light sensors, relays, occupancy sensors, access keycard readers, door & window contacts, meters and submeters, etc.

Our controllers and gateways are equipped with a ZigBee transceiver, enabling them to communicate wirelessly with each other. This wireless ZigBee mesh network is self-forming and self-healing.

Integration to third party BACnet IP BEMS

Our controllers and gateways all have embedded BACnet/IP gateways and servers. They can easily be integrated with third party BACnet IP building automation systems (BAS) and building management systems (BEMS).

A web BEMS - manage from the cloud

The CAN2GO web BEMS is hosted directly by our controllers, so no external servers or software are needed to manage your system. If you would like to use the web BEMS without using our controllers, we have a stand-alone version that can be hosted by other servers.

System architecture

CAN2GO can be used as stand-alone solution, complete with programmable controllers and an embedded web building management system. It can also be integrated with third party BACnet IP/Ethernet building automation systems.

The controller is the server. Each CAN2GO controller (UN2, VA2, GW2) has an embedded web server hosting the CAN2GO web BEMS.
